So I went out and bought the other Hungry-Girl Cookbook, and I have to say that it has even more yummy low calorie recipes. So far I have lost 4 pounds – since 4/27/09! I am really happy about eating healthier and making better choices. My husband and I went and looked up all the different foods we eat at fast food places and I could not believe the calories. I have been eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and dessert and staying under 1000 calories a day and those burgers have 1000 calories all by themselves! Crazy! Last night we had Turkey Sloppy Jane’s (271 Calories) and Fiber-ific Fried Cheese Sticks (155 Calories and you get 4). We had some friends over who also tried the Sloppy Janes and agreed that they were good. Tonight I am making the V10 soup. Cant wait only 60 calories per cup!
